Our Bigg Boss wish list

Reality show Bigg Boss will be back on the telly soon. The makers and the channel are busy working on getting the best contestants for this season. Like each year, the would-be inmates this time too, will need fit a few requirements — they must be opinionated, entertaining and be able to stir up a storm every now and then. Here’s who we wish to see in the Bigg Boss house this season 7.

Rabbiya Khan

Jiah Khan’s mother Rabbiya was an actor once. With her ongoing fight for justice for her daughter, she will undoubtedly make for a good candidate. Her life story is interesting and from her recent appearances on TV, we know that she isn’t afraid to speak her mind.

Sooraj Pancholi

From being in the news for the Jiah Khan suicide case, to spending over 20 days in jail, the aspiring actor has been through a lot. Perhaps being in the house might be just the platform he needs, to tell his side of the story. And sharing living space with Rabbiya is what spicy reality TV is all about, right?

Anu Malik

He’s won many awards in the past, but of late he has become the face of a reality singing show. Being part of Bigg Boss might just be the ticket Anu needs to take his career further. His talent might work in his favour as he will be able to entertain viewers with his singing and shayari.

S Sreesanth

Maybe Sreesanth should take a leaf out of Ajay Jadeja’s book, who also tried his luck with acting when he was involved in a similar controversy many years ago. Sreesanth already has a film being made on his life. He can also explain his side of the story on the show and maybe even give the others some cricket lessons.

Smriti Irani

Smriti Irani hasn’t been on TV for a long time so it would be a good change to have her back. Seeing her real self might be interesting for those housewives who try so hard to emulate her goody-two-shoes character, Tulsi Virani.

Rashami Desai and Nandish Sandhu

The vivid personal details, the accusations and the public washing of dirty laundry by Delnaaz Irani and Rajev Paul were some of the highlights of last season. This year, having a successful TV pair, Rashami Desai and Nandish Sandhu, who is going through a toughtime in their personal life might make for interesting television.

Karan Johar

In spite of being a successful filmmaker, Karan has guarded his personal life quite fiercely. So a peek into the intimate side of Karan would make for great entertainment. He is also a good sport, like we’ve seen on various reality series and his chat show. Making friends in the house will be a piece of cake for him.

Riya Sen

Out of circulation in Bollywood, Bigg Boss might be Riya Sen’s big return ticket. Her former-boyfriend Ashmit Patel had a stint on the show and spoke about the infamous MMS scandal that they were involved in and how he lost his lady-love. Perhaps Riya might voice the other side of the scandal and also provide the house with some glamour.

Vishal Dadlani

Rocker, music composer, TV show judge, singer and online political activist, Vishal Dadlani seems to have done it all. He is extremely vocal and has an outgoing Twitter presence; time and again he has expressed his opinions about current social and political issues.
