NEW DELHI: Through a conference yesterday at 11AM at Taj Man Singh Hotel , a Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Ansal Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. with Bahrain based companies VKL Holdings & Al-Namal Pvt.Ltd.These two Bahrain-Based companies operates in various business like real-estate , infrastructure ,hospitality , oil& gas , health,marine ,& manufacturing . 

The MoU was signed by Mr. Gopal Ansal , Chairman & Managing Director from Ansal Buildwell and Mr. Verghese Kurian ,Chairman of VKL Holdings , Al-Namal Group.The MoU focuses on joint development in the Housing and infrastructure sector and it also provides the opportunity to explore and invest in Bahrain and India .

The MoU will provide both the companies the opportunity for joint development in the housing and infrastructure sectors in both India and Bahrain . The two companies will assist each other to understand their respective domestic markets and also to facilitate exchange of technical knowhow to both partners .

This signing of the MoU ,therefore, may in future and even in the present would further result in maintaining good and healthy relations with Bahrain as well as other neighbouring countries .
