A lot of people are concerned about the new blue tick feature introduced by WhatsApp. What it effectively do is to kill all the excuses of seeing the messages late. The sender of the message gets notified as soon as the receiver reads it. But now WhatsApp has come up with an app to save all the friendships and relationships which were in danger of being ruined by the blue tick.  A week after WhatsApp introduced "read receipts" feature in the form of two blue ticks, it has immediately stepped in and introduced another feature to disable it.

The feature is only available to Android users who have downloaded the new beta version of the app. Users have to go to Settings > Privacy > and disable the 'Read Receipts' option to dismiss the blue ticks when you read the messages sent by other people. The beta version hasn't been released on Google Play yet and hence need to be manually downloaded from the official website.
