A tweet by Vishal Dadlani today morning reads like a dig at an un-named person.
Is Honey Singh the target?
Earlier in June, Vishal Dadlani - who is currently one of the judges at Indian Idol Junior - stopped a kid from singing Honey Singh's song.
"I don't think kids should sing such songs. Don't get me wrong, I have composed Sheila Ki Jawani (Tees Maar Khan), and I don't have a problem with sensuality. I have a problem with misogyny," Dadlani told Samarth Goyal (Nav Uttarakhand).
Elaborating on his opinion of songs by the Punjabi rapper, Dadlani told Bollywood Hungama, "I am no fan of Yo Yo Honey Singh's lyrics. But I am all for his right to write and sing what he wants. Art will always reflect life. And sadly, these unfortunate lyrics and their undeniable popularity are a reflection of a certain reality."
Vishal-Shekhar have gone on record to say that Honey Singh was not part of Chennai Express. Vishal Dadlani had tweeted on June 26: "It's hilarious and pathetic, how desperately this tacky rape-rapper is trying to ride on the fame of @iamsrk and #ChennaiExpress. Poor guy."

Just weeks before the song (Lungi Dance) was released, Shekhar Ravjiani told NU, "I just spoke to Rohit Shetty. He told me that he had read such reports but those are false. The singer-composer further adds, "If Rohit Shetty doesn't know about Honey Singh's song in Chennai Express, I am sure there is none."
Some reports even suggested that the music-composer duo missed an episode of Indian Idol Junior when Chennai Express crew visited because they were unhappy with the Punjabi rapper's song being included in Chennai Express. Both the music composers are on the judges' panel for the reality TV show. But Shekhar denied this on Twitter: "Reading a lot of rubbish in the press about us and @iamsrk. We couldn't be on the show because of prior commitment. Srk is family, always!"

Now, let us consider the tweet by Dadlani on Wednesday morning. "Another load of paid bullshit in the paper today! This loser's PR department is doing a far better job than he's ever done! What beggars!"

The music composer has not named anyone in the tweet, neither does he follow it with any explanation. However, if we consider his earlier tweets and some of the recent developments surrounding Dadlani, there are enough reasons to speculate that the tweet is targeted at Honey Singh.
I'm just saying.
