A local court in Mumbai issued non-bailable warrant against actor Sanjay Dutt. Producer Shakeel Noorani had demanded that Sanjay Dutt should pay him for the losses incurred due to the actor's not completing the shoot for his film Jaan Ki Baazi. Noorani later filed a criminal case against Sanjay Dutt for leaving his film in the midst of shoot.
Noorani alleged that Sanjay Dutt not only refuse to complete his film, but also insisted on keeping his part payment of Rs. 50 lakh.
According to media reports, Andheri court had summoned Dutt to appear, failing which, the court issued the non-bailable warrant.
Indian Express reports that the actor later appeared before the court and sought bail, which he was granted.
