Last week, we reported that Aamir Khan featured on Time magazine's 100 Most Influential People list in the world this year. We now hear that the actor will be flying to New York to celebrate the accomplishment. In fact, Aamir will fly to New York for a celebratory dinner on April 23.
The actor who is currently shooting for Dhoom 3 in Mumbai has already requested the makers for a three-day break, to attend the event. Interestingly the said gala event may also see the presence of the current US President Barack Obama.

Bollywood star Aamir Khan has been featured on one of the seven special covers of the Time magazine listing the world's 100 Most Influential People. The list includes finance minister P Chidambaram, Delhi lawyer Vrinda Grover and California's Indian-American attorney general Kamala Harris as well as teenaged Pakistani activist Malala Yousafzai and US President Barack Obama.
