For the likes of Brad Pitt, Anne Hathaway, Ellen DeGeneres, Jared Leto and Natalie Portman, who shun all animal products, Puck has created vegan dishes like Carrot Orange Gazpacho Shots, Taro Root Tacos with Avocado, and Butternut Squash with Farro and Wild Rice.
To cap off the night, stars will be offered sweet bites like Chocolate-dipped Strawberry Cheesecake Pops and Citrus Panna Cotta with Chocolate Popcorn.
