NDMC commissioner visit old delhi to check cleanliness

New Delhi:North Delhi Municipal Corporation Commissioner Mr. Praveen Kumar Gupta inspected the area from Qutab Road to Ajmeri Gate (Sadar Paharganj Zone) in the Old Delhi to check the progress under “Swachh Bharat Mission”. 

He was accompanied by Engineer- in- Chief (Mr. K.P. Singh), Director - in- Chief, (DEMS) Mr. Anil Prakash, Deputy Commissioner of Sadar Pahar Ganj Zone (Mr. R.S Meena), Chief Engineer ( Mr. Sanjay Jain) and senior officials of other departments.

NDMC Comissioner  Praveen Kumar Gupta gave directions to the officials concerned to remove garbage more effectively on daily basis from open garbage dump site at Qutab road. He also directed the officials to repair the Walled city Museum at Lahori Gate and directed to remove encroachment around the museum. He also directed the officials to shift any of corporation’s office at vacant place in museum to prohibit encroachment.

He directed the officials to ensure regular and proper cleanliness of the area along with daily collection of the garbage and he was said that wherever needed extra attention be paid to different development works in this area.
