New Delhi/Deepak Mandal:Increasing crime rate in Delhi Metro has become the headache for Delhi Police.Keeping that in priority Commissioner of Delhi Police has inaugurated the Police station at Yamuna Bank Metro station.
Commissioner of Delhi Police B.S Bassi on Wednesday inaugurated the“Delhi metro Police station” in East Delhi’s Yamuna Bank Metro Station. The police station is armed with modern facilities like upgraded communication system.
On this occasion Mr.Bassi said “thousands of people are travelling via metro to their different destination from East Delhi and vice-versa,we are very concern about the safety of the passengers.
Special commissioner of Police ,Deepak Mishra,Joint CP,Mukesh Meena, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Railway Sanjay Bhatia were present there.
