Karan Johar is a busy man. The filmmaker is currently busy overseeing the release of his productions, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and Gippi, while also promoting Bombay Talkies, a compilation that celebrates 100 years of Indian cinema, for which he has shot a segment. Karan is also working on his next directorial, Shuddhi, that stars Hrithik Roshan.

And if these projects weren’t enough, he is committed to judging Colors’ dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, which is scheduled to start mid-May. But what excites him the most, perhaps, is the new season of his popular chat show Koffee With Karan. After three successful seasons, Karan will return with the TV show after a two-year hiatus.

Karan reveals, 'The next season of Koffee… is confirmed for October. I can’t wait!' The director has big plans for the upcoming season, which involve not just compiling the guest list but getting into shape as well. He says, 'I have started training and working out. I want to get really thin for this season.'

Since October 2011, there have been rumours about the fourth season of the celebrity chat show and apparently Karan even claimed that he was approached by Star World in December 2011. But as the 40-year-old filmmaker was busy with his last film, Student Of The Year (2012), it could have led to the show’s being pushed back. Koffee… is expected to air during the 9 pm slot, just like the previous seasons, and will have 22 episodes.
