Post bail, Salman Khan back to 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' shoot in Kashmir

New Delhi: Bollywood superstar salman khan has truly been living in a mental havoc for the past few days due to his hearings on the infamous 2002 hit-and-run case.

The Bombay High Court, on Friday suspended his five-year prison sentence in a hit-and-run case, and reports suggest the actor is expected to resume to his shoot for Kabir Khan’s ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ today.

Salman his expected to fly to the beautiful locales in Kashmir where he had been shooting for the film.

It was a sigh of relief for 'Dabangg' actor as he received bail from High Court. Post the exhausting day Salman waved to his fans from his residence’s balcony and took to micro-blogging site Twitter to thanks his fans for their prayers and support.

Khan who was convicted in 2002 hit-and-run case, was sentenced five years of punishment for killing one and injuring four others when he ran his SUV over the street dwellers. However, as the day progressed Salman's sentence was suspended and the High Court extended his bail application and he was released after paying Rs 30,000 bond.

Good news for his fans is his upcoming movie which is one of the most awaited and anticipated movies of the year. Directed by Kabir Khan, 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' features Kareena Kapoor and Nawazuddin Siddiqui apart from Salman. The movie is slated to release on July 17.
